The CEO, employees, and subcontractors of Bao Fu fully understand the importance of impartiality in conducting personnel certification activities. Therefore, Bao Fu ensures that all personnel remain impartial in all dealings with applicants, candidates, and certified individuals, adhering to the following principles:

  • Certificates are issued only with the approval of authorized personnel to prevent any dominant interests.
  • Bao Fu maintains no relationships with applicants, candidates, or certified individuals that could suggest preferential treatment or influence certification outcomes. Any proposed relationship undergoes an impartiality risk assessment by the CEO.

  • Examiners cannot assess their relatives.

Certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence, with no influence from external interests. Authorized personnel, uninvolved in potential conflicts, make and sign off on certification decisions.
